I have been making these protein balls like CRAZY lately! Taylor absolutely loves them and they are a great little dessert for me at the end of the day! These are so easy to throw together and they keep in the fridge!
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
1 1/3 cups quick oats
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup vanilla Shakeology
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips OR mini M&M's
Directions:
Mix first 5 ingredients into a bowl and stir. Once combined, add chocolate chips (or M&M's.) Form into balls and refrigerate.
I'm going to keep it simple and leave it at that. Make these and you won't be disappointed!
